Community Kitchen Initiatives was printed at the Fábrika Workshop in 2023, and was born from a project that the collective managed together with communities from different communal kitchens in Valparaíso (Cordón 7 Cerros, el ollón de las putas, and the La Explanada neighborhood council).
The Fábrika workshop produces publications in collaboration with various authors, making a portion of the production available for distribution in the gallery.
